Michele’s bright idea for a 10 week challenge with a group of like-minded humans was to find more energy, reduce pain, rehab injuries, lose her baby weight and get back to a size 10.

2014 I lost 11kgs and a crazy 48cm(!!) in 10 weeks after my 2nd baby. Wowzers!

It was hard but I reached 75% of my goals. I can get into my size 10’s again. Now I just want that 2 pack! Hehehe…
